We are from Lima, Peru, South America, and we are interested in ALD250D or a similar machine.
Our product is Hollow wafer sticks, which have the following range of measurements:
Diameter 10-16mm
Length 100-180mm
We need to pack 2,4,6 or 12 units to obtain packages in the following range:
Width: 30mm - 110mm
Length: 100mm - 180mm
Height: 20mm -32mm
We need to feed the film from below. We need the device to print the batch and expiration date. If possible the device to introduce gas (modified atmosphere) - is not indispensable.
The speed we need is between 20 and 170 packages per minute.
We will feed the machine with a dosing device that delivers delivery 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 units, as scheduled.
The channel that carries the product must have a width of 82mm and a depth of 35mm.
