1. Dispersible in collagen,
2. Water soluble
3. Acid-resistant (PH 2,8 – 3,2)
4. Light resistant to storage
5. Heat resistant at temperature of 78 0C
6. Form of liquid /powder/capsulated is possible

• Carminic acid from insects cochineal (Dactylopius coccus costa).
