Super frozen yellowfin tuna loins

Juan Roqueta e Hijos SA, is based in the main fish market in Barcelona, Spain, where we own and operate seven stands in the market, as well as a fish processing factory and a cold storage facility. We are one of the biggest importers and distributors of fresh fish in Spain. We are looking for suppliers of -60 Centigrade (super frozen) tuna loins. The product specifications are as follows:
* Temperature: -60 deg. C or -40 deg. C.
* Skin-on.
* Bloodline in.
* Center bone removed.
* Minimum loin size: 4kg+
* Grades B & C (Japanese grading)
* Specify catching method: - longline, poled, purse seine.
* Specify freezing method, on board, on land, blast frozen, brine frozen.
